Congratulations on completing Week 1 of the Seven Steps! Over the past week, we introduced foundational practices to create balance, clarity, and growth in your life. Now, as we enter Week 2, it’s time to dig deeper.
This week, our focus is on alignment—identifying where the Seven Steps are naturally present in your life and where they may need more attention. By becoming aware of these areas, you can begin to bridge the gaps and create a life that feels more intentional and harmonious.
Here’s what we’ll focus on this week:
• Day 8 – Breathe: Recognize moments when you pause and reconnect with your breath, and notice where this practice is missing.
• Day 9 – Hydrate: Reflect on how you replenish your body and mind and where you might neglect renewal.
• Day 10 – Nourish: Identify the choices that fuel you and the ones that drain you.
• Day 11 – Move: Notice how movement energizes you and where stagnation might be holding you back.
• Day 12 – Let Go: Reflect on what you’ve released and what you’re still holding onto.
• Day 13 – Rest: Become aware of how rest supports you and where you resist slowing down.
• Day 14 – Serve: Recognize the impact of your actions and reflect on opportunities to give back.
This week is about awareness. Pay attention to the moments when you feel in alignment and when you don’t. The goal isn’t to be perfect; it’s to notice where small shifts can make a big difference.
